Problem Note 44594: SAS® BI Dashboard alerts might not display in the Alerts portlet

When setting up alerts in SAS BI Dashboard 4.3, you have the following delivery options:
- Alerts portlet
- E-mail subscribers
If you want alerts delivered to an Alerts portlet, then you must also select the E-mail subscribers option. If you do not select the E-mail subscribers option, then the alerts are triggered, but they are not displayed in the portlet.
If you want alerts delivered only by e-mail, then you only need to select the E-mail subscribers option.
